Stir-Fry
(tofu, onion, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, red bell pepper)

Steamed Snow Peas
(w/ orange, soy and sesame oil)

Braised Eggplant
(coated in flour and deep fried, then braised in a mixture of kecap manis, rooster sauce, hoisin, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sake and diced lemongrass)

Jasmine Rice
