Dinner 6/19

Bob's Eggplant
(1 1/2" thick slices, seared in a pan, then baked for 20 minutes at 350, then broiled w/ sake, mirin, cayenne and miso glaze)

Basmati Rice

Stir-fried Tofu
(w/ the leftover eggplant sauce)

Tempura
(Scapes and Cauliflower)

Snow Peas
(seared and steamed)
