(w/ dried cherries and olive oil)
Bruschetta
(tomato, zucchini, red onion, garlic and red pepper on Italian bread)
Sauteed Lion's Mane and Chanterelle Mushrooms*
Yukon Gold Potatoes w/ Rosemary
(boiled then run around in the pan with the soy butter, salt, pepper and rosemary)
*I don't know where the hell these are coming from, but I'm mighty happy that they are here...
