(tofu strips, marinated in soy, rolled in flour, deep fried, then sauteed w/ garlic hot sauce)
Barbecued Tofu Sandwiches
(tofu cutlets marinated in soy, sauteed, then add the bbq suace, cook on low for few minutes)
Skillet Chili
(onion, garlic, red pepper, soyrizo, kidney beans, tomato sauce)
"Cajun" chips
(yukon gold potatoes chips deep-fried, then dusted w/ cajun spices)
It's Vegan Super Bowl food ;) My son stayed awake until halftime, but fell asleep before the Adam Vinatieri flashback...
