Asparagus and Rhubarb Cannelloni w/ Orange and Turmeric Sauce and Herb Aioli
via "Artful Vegan" -- instead of pasta sheets for the cannelloni, I used 4 overlapping lasanga noodles to roll up the asparagus and rhubarb.
