(stuffed with soyrizo, napa cabbage, scallions, cilantro and sesame oil and a citrus dipping sauce)

Pan-Fried Noodle Pie
(boiled udon noodles, then pan-fried with rooster sauce, scallions, tamari and pepper until crispy)
