Purple Potatoes

Steamed Artichoke
(with lemon and soy margarine dipping sauce)



It snowed pretty good here tonight -- locations just north of us ended up with 5" during the night. The stew was a logical choice -- went with "PotatoHenge" for the plating tonight ;)
