Chickpea and Collard Greens Soup
Damn, it's cold... I don't know whether to eat it or stick my hands in it. ;)
As most of you know, we make our own veg stock (weekly) for nights just like this where you want something homemade but don't want to fuss -- mirepoix, chickpeas, sauteed collard greens, a bit of pepper, smoked paprika and miso and Bob's your uncle...
