Dinner 9/1

Tex-Mex Enchilladas
(corn tortillas dipped in ancho and cumin sauce, fried in shallow oil, filled w/soy cheese and mexican oregano)

Wilted Kale in Chipotle Cream Sauce
(half box of soft tofu, mixed with soy milk and one chipotle en adobo)

Roasted Corn
(w/ chipotle lime butter)
