Sheppard's Pie
(sauteed seitan, cinnamon, allspice, onion, layered in a gratin dish and covered w/ saffron and olive oil mashed potatoes, then baked for 30 minutes at 400).

Eggplant in Pommegrante Sauce

Sauteed Methi (Fenugreek)
