*spent the day at Riverside for a Chinese New Year's tasting -- I made two kinds of rice paper veg wraps (w/ spicy peanut sauce and hoisin tofu) as well as Asain Potato Salad (potatoes boiled in star anise broth, rice vinegar, sesame oil, szechuan pepper, soy sauce, leeks and daikon radish). So, tonight's dinner seemed a natural ;)
