Dinner 8/4

King Oyster, Tomato and Zucchini Fettuccini
(from Matthew Kenney and Sarma Melngailis book "Raw Food/Real World" -- the same recipe that we made last week, done again because of the 90+ degree temps and ease -- and flavor -- of the recipe.)

Arugula Salad
