Gyoza Dumplings *

Steamed Eggplant
(from Jamie Oliver -- steamed japanese eggplant mixed with tamari, rooster sauce, lemon juice, hoisin sauce, scallions, basil, cilantro, red serrano chile)

Stir-Fried Tofu

Seared/Steamed Green Beans

Jasmine Rice


* when making dumplings, the best thing to do is just use the entire package of wrappers, freeze half, but save a few for the next day when the craving kicks in ;)
