Chiles Rellenos
(grilled poblanos stuffed w/black & pinto beans, onion, garlic, Mexican oregano, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, soyrizo, Daiya cheddar)

(filled w/mesquite-smoked tofu, Daiya cheddar, onions w/tomato & ancho sauce)
