* yes, 1990. when Soviet Georgia was still part of the USSR. A pesto-y combination
of walnuts, garlic, paprika and salt, pureed, then mixed with red onion, corriander (cilantro)
and rice vinegar. All stuffed inside a seared, then steamed eggplant. Creamy goodness
