Asparagus, Potato and Celeriac Terrine *

Arugula Salad
(w/ fig vinaigrette)

* Liz made this -- it would have made for a lovely "afternoon tea" food choice along with the cucumber sandwiches ;)

she used agar agar in place of the gelatin, and zucchini in place of the prosciutto
