Dinner 6/13

Smoked Chile Potato Knishes*

(A recipe from Michael Symon and Wayne Harley Brachman). Changed the kielbasa to seitan and soyrizo.

*Yes, Michael makes that same laugh in real life (I've taken a few classes from him at WRSOC).
