(seitan, onion, garlic, carrot, herbs de provence, red wine and veg stock)*

Braised Leeks

Mashed Potatoes

Sauteed Kale w/ Raisins and Pine Nuts)

* similar to a bourguignon, but I made it in the Wok in about 20 minutes. The wine was Prat-Majou, an unfiltered red table wine from France.
