Sweet and Sour Seitan
(seitan, onion, garlic, ginger, carrot, red bell pepper, pineapple. sauce: tamari, rice wine vinegar, ketchup, agave, water, cornstarch)

Grilled Japanese Eggplant

Jasmine Rice

Fun with plating tonight -- we took two grilled Japanese eggplant slices and wrapped them on the inside of a ring mold, then added the rice which pressed the eggplant against the mold, sealing the two pieces together.
