Polenta, Morel Mushrooms, Fava Beans and Leeks



Tonight's dinner is a transition meal -- the morels and favas bring the promise of Spring, while the polenta (recipe) and leeks remind us that although the calendar says it's Spring, that's in name only for a little while longer...
