Dinner 9/16

Sweet and Sour Stir Fry
(Seitan marinated in sesame oil and cornstarch, then deep-fried; red bell pepper, carrot, onion and pineapple; sauce is made of rice wine vinegar, rapadura sugar*, salt, soy, ketchup and then a cornstarch slurry to thicken it at the end)
