Chickpeas in a Tangy Tamarind Sauce
(chickpeas, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin seed, corriander and tamarind)

Saag Paneer
(spinach and tofu-as-cheese)

Red Lentil Puree
(w/ jalapeno, cumin, turmeric, salt and pepper)

Spicy Butternut Squash
(fried butternut squash, onion, cumin, turmeric, salt and pepper)

Okra Bhaji
