Seitan with Black Bean Sauce
(seitan, red bell pepper, carrot, green beans, baby corn. black bean sauce: garlic, galanga, ginger, tamari, sherry, agave, szechwan peppercorn, fermented black beans, cornstarch slurry)

Refried Jasmine Rice
(rice, tamari, toasted sesame oil)



A classic Chinese-style black bean sauce -- always a crowd favorite -- with a little galanga thrown in, along with seitan (and baby corn, as per Saturday) this time around.
