Tofu for Almodovar, Saffron Rice

Tofu for Almodovar
(saffron rice, smoked paprika-crusted tofu with a green olive, raisin and pimento sauce)

We wanted something vaguely Spanish and this recipe adapted from Rachael Ray (yeah, yeah, yum-o) fit the bill and we had all the ingredients -- we subbed sauteed tofu with smoked paprika, red wine, veg stock, soy margarine, etc...

Now, if we start veganizing Paula Deen recipes, be afraid... ;)
