* a long time standby in our house, it's sort of a Mexican stir-fry with spaghetti instead of rice, tempeh instead of tofu, onion, olives, salsa, hot sauce, chipotle chiles stir-fried, then covered with melted cheese on top... and of course leftovers from last night.
