Dinner 4/13

Chile Rellenos
(overstuffed with black beans, soyrizo and potato)

Arroz Verde
(poblano rice pilaf)


Chipotle and Hominy Soup
(carrot, onion, garlic, red bell pepper, hominy, smoked paprika, chipotle en adobo, veg stock, tamari, black pepper)

a great meal to kick off a long weekend, simple yet filling... now to start prepping for Easter dinner ;)
