Dinner 4/4

Black Quinoa Salad with Pomegrannate Tofu
(black quiona, mixed with a fig vinaigrette, spinach, topped with mango, green beans, smoked salt, cayenne and tofu glazed with tamari and pomegrannate molasses)



inspired by this post, we ended up making the dish and it turned even better than expected... and it was a nice change of pace as well...
