Snap Peas with Red Bell Pepper
(wok-fried snap peas, red bell pepper with tamari, hoisin, szechuan pepper)

Hoisin Tofu

Ginkgo Nuts and Basil
(ginko nuts, carrot, basil, sake, tamari)

Stir-Fried Jasmine Rice
(jasmine rice, sesame oil, tamari, scallion)

different elements all coming together on a bed of jasmine rice make for an interesting (and colorful) stir-fry ;)
