Panade

We're coming to the end of panade season (although it did snow this week), so once more into the slow oven we go... ;)

Panade is one of the hardest things to take a good picture of -- it's one of those classic "tastes great, but photographs badly" kind of foods (stews, soups, casseroles, etc). In tonight's case, the natural light really helped...
