Dinner 4/23

Tofu [Chicken] with Almonds over Gemelli Pasta
(variation on Nick Stellano's recipe -- sun-dried tomatoes, red pepper, onions, garlic and tomatoes, topped with almonds coated w/ sugar).

Savoy Cabbage Stuffed w/ Gnoccetti and Peas
