Jasmine Rice topped with Eggplant "Hay"*

(tofu, carrot, red bell pepper, tamari, pepper)
At least this time when I molded the rice, I used a smaller bowl ;)
* a little "Made to Order" reference -- not a very vegan-friendly show, yet oddly fascinating...
