Dinner 8/22

Coconut Tofu in Red Curry Sauce*

Seitan Satay w/ Spicy Peanut Sauce
(marinated in the peanut sauce, then grilled)

Rice Paper Salad Rolls w/ cilantro dipping sauce
(shredded cabbage, scallion, cilantro, ginger and garlic)

* cut the tofu into strips, rolled it in some cornstarch slurry, then rolled it in the dried coconut and then deep fried. non-sweet coconut is really, really good.
