(seitan, soyrizo, potatoes, onion, garlic, mexican oregano, cilantro, chipotle cream sauce*)

Calabacitas
(grilled corn, sauteed zucchini, jalapeno, onion, garlic, cilantro)

Poblano Rice

* extra cream sauce from last night was the starting point for tonight's stew, the rest was -- in the best tradition of stews -- whatever was on hand ;)
