Grilled Fava Beans**

Tomato and Potato Soup w/ Sage***

* I'm sure there's actual name for the sauce Liz made, but I'm too tired to look through Escoffier or Jim Peterson's books right now...

** yes, and they were delicious

*** from Cucina Fresca (1985) one of those cheap inexpensive cookbooks that pay for themselves with one really good recipe. This may pay for two ;)
