Wild Mushrooms En Papillote
(Lobster, Chanterelle and Shiitake Mushrooms with shallot, garlic, tarragon and parsley)

Bruschetta
(tomato, zucchini, onion, garlic, salt and pepper)

Dessert

Pear, Fig and Apple Crumble
(topped with So Delicious Vanilla)



The mushroom en papillote recipe was tweaked from Gourmet -- just sub out soy margarine and Bob's Yer Uncle... the best part is opening it and letting the aroma surround you.
