Dinner 2/14

Seitan Bourguignon
(brasied: seitan, onion, garlic, carrot, herbes de provence, unfiltered/unfined red wine, veg stock, flour, salt and pepper)

Yukon and Red Potatoes
(boiled: salt, pepper, soy margarine)

Artichoke
(steamed: w/ lemon and soy margarine)

Bistro Salad
(romaine, shallot, apple cider vinegar, mustard, olive oil)

 

 

Dessert

Strawberries Dipped in Chocolate



Comfort food always plays well on Valentine's Day -- stew, potatoes and artichokes fit the bill. And yes, the strawberries do look like a Busby Berekely movie ;)
